October has always been my favourite time of year in Bermuda - the days are still warm and sunny, the evenings are perfect for sitting outside, but the humidity is starting to ease plus it make perfect sleeping weather! Of course when you work at one of the most beautiful spots around there are some days when you just don't want to work and instead go to the beach with all the guests.Since the beach is not an option I do the next best thing and take a walk down to Coconuts and see what is happening. Today I had to take that walk and I found a very lonely chair on the beach (pictures) - just the perfect way to spend the afternoon - so perhaps a guest will come to the rescue of this poor chair! The beach is full of very happy and relaxed guests and Glenn is very busy with the drink tray - not sure if the happiness is from the weather or the drinks - but it’s great to see everyone enjoying themselves!
I love checking the Reef site from time to time as a sort of "vacation from routine", and enjoy the updates on the latest news and renovations. This was my first experience checking out the blog, and I love this photo! I'd like to imagine that this little chair is waiting just for me, and I can almost feel the warm surf at my feet! We can't wait to return!
